2. Overview

This website is a static information page for the freshcook app. We collect as little personal data as possible. For audience measurement we exclusively use Cloudflare Web Analytics — without cookies, without profiling, and without cross-site tracking (see section 5). There is no registration on this website.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the website, technical data is automatically processed by Cloudflare, in particular:

Date and time of access
Page visited
Browser type and operating system
Referrer URL

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website). Cloudflare processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA. Data transfers to the USA are carried out on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. APK Downloads

The app is offered as an APK file for download via Cloudflare R2. When downloading, the same technical data as described in section 3 is processed by Cloudflare. No registration or user identification takes place.

5. Audience Measurement via Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics by Cloudflare, Inc. to measure the reach and technical performance of this website. The following information is processed in aggregated form:

Page accessed (path)
Referrer (where the visit came from)
Country (derived from IP, not stored)
Browser type, operating system, device category
Screen size
Web Vitals (load time, interactivity, visual stability)

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set any cookies and does not store any identifier on your device. No personal profiles are built, no cross-site tracking is performed, and no data is sold to third parties. The IP address is processed only briefly for bot filtering and is not stored. Because no information is stored on or read from your device, consent under § 25 TTDDG (German implementation of the ePrivacy Directive) is not required.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement and the technical optimization of this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 6. No Cookies

This website does not use any cookies — neither our own nor from third parties. The audience measurement described in section 5 also operates entirely without cookies.

7. External Resources

Content, fonts, stylesheets, and images are loaded locally from our server. The only external resource is the JavaScript beacon for Cloudflare Web Analytics, loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com (see section 5). No connections are made to Google Fonts, other CDNs, or other third-party providers.

8. Your Rights
